If you want to you can just loop the throttle cable under the back of the intake manifold so it's hidden, then remove the brackets from the fuel rail.

Intake manifold looks great! Loving this build. Next thing you can do is a partial tuck of the wiring harness that's attached to the intake mani. Really really easy and free just takes about an hr or so and some electrical tape.
So how do these springs ride on the street? I'm nervous about doing what you did, lowering my car that far with stock height struts.
I'll first start with some of the minor things I am going to be doing. I ordered the finishing pieces For the batter relocation. They should be here in a few days. I also ordered new NGK plugs (BPR7ES) and some new NGK wires. I started on my valve cover. I removed it and my cylinder head looked great. While the cover was off I purchased a set of ARP studs to install while the VC was off to add a little extra insurance. Then I figured that I might as well purchase some fuel goodies since my fuel system was completely stock. Here are some pictures of what I've been up to!
Stay tuned Tuners!

I did fab up a bracket for my FPR and it came out pretty nice. I also wrapped up my battery relocation. That also came out good. It free's up a lot of space in the engine bay. I took off my throttle body and attempted to rebuild it. I took my time but still could not take off the stupid throttle plate screws.
I then decided I'd just get a new throttle plate and shaft and drilled out the bolts. The dumb plate still would not budge. Basically my throttle body is toast. I am now looking into getting a 91-94 throttle body with sensors and a 91-94 fuel rail. Hopefully I can just find a 90 throttle body since I already bought the shaft seals for mine. Here are some pics.
I have a 90 throttle body laying around. PM with what your looking to spend.
I cleaned up the pipes and mocked up the fitment! Here are some pictures. I am just waiting for a throttle body elbow gasket and then I will get them on for good. I also will be purchasing speed density tomorrow if everything falls into place! I did purchase a 4 inch FP polished intake pipe. The car should be back together real soon.
Nice Build car has came a long way.
To put things in perspective here is one of the first pics to compare with your last
