16g turbo real?

A guy is selling a 16g on craigslist. He sent me a picture. This is the picture he sent me. It doesnt seem to be stamped TD05. He said it came off of a evo III. Could someone have. Any help would be nice. If i go to look at it, what should i look for beside shaft play? Is it real or ebay or something else (how to tell)?

Well obviously I don't have a side mount anymore but anyways. It works great. Really helps keep intake temps down, especially when moving of course.

I have mine in the same spot, a little shorter route though. I went under the frame rail.
