16G Turbo Alternatives

I've been looking for days for a used or rebuilt Big 16G or an Evo 3 16G that is used (with little or no shaft play) or rebuilt for sale, and I haven't found a thing.

Are there any "stock fit" and reliable replacement alternatives to a 16G other than MHI? Anything reliable that won't require me to change my DP, manifold, etc? I do not want to go with an eBay turbo.

Does anyone know where one is for sale at a decent price? I'm not paying the $999 listed on eBay for a new MHI 16G. I've seen these posted over time for a lot less than that.

As long as your car is not an auto,16gs are bolt on for 1gs. And can be bought rebuilt for 3x less than what your finding.

I've looked on eBay, found one, but it has some in/out shaft play. I haven't checked FB yet. I'll post in the local group. CL has squat for 1g DSMs...

man, i just found about 4 in the classifieds. Whether or not they have been sold is another question. But , the ad is still there....you can do a 20g, a hybrid or pm the freelancers for advice... (Jusmx141, pj91gsx,..) a few of these guys have the abiltiy to machine and possibly custom build a turbo for you.
