16g Oil Return

I put my 16g in my 2g gst and i went to put on the stock oil return line to see if i could use it and it didnt reach far enough to get up to the turbo. Does anyone have any ideas or anything? Someone told me to get a 1g oil return.

Either get the install kit for a 2g or get a 1g manual transmission oil return line.

Whats the length difference with a 1g auto return line compared to the manual?

Just cut the line and take up the extra length with some rubber hose and some hose clamps. Since its the return line there is no pressure the oil is just draining through it.

It will work length wise. You will have to drill the two holes for the turbo end of it closer together though.

No you wont...the center sections of the 16g turbo are no different from 1g-2g. A16g is a 16g. the return line mounting holes to the turbo would have to be the same.

^^^ He's working on a 2g that came with a t-25 which is a garret turbo with a different center section than the 16g. He wants to use the garret return line on the 16g. With the mods that I listed it will work, I installed the evo3 that I bought from Slowboy that way last year.
