I just went through installing a 16g and everything was going good untill the oil return wont fit. Everybody says to reuse the line. Is there any tricks and tips to get this to work? I just uploaded pics in the gallery. Do i have to make this fit?

The stock oil return line from a stock t25 will not work on a 16g. Thats why they sell mounting kits for 2g's. get your self a new one from ebay and your set you should not have to fight that to get it on.

Getting a 1g return pipe is a lot easier than modifying the 2g return pipe. If you decide to modify the 2g oil return pipe, you have to drill out the bolt holes bigger to get them to line up to a 14b/16g turbo.

do what he said and you will be set. just get a 1g oil return line from a 14b and you wont have a problem!

It's less hassle just getting a return line from a 1g straight bolt on...
Less hassle, but more money spent that doesn't need to be. A used 1G drain can sell for $30-$40, and they have issues with the flex section cracking....a NEW 2G drain is less than $15, never cracks, and is a larger I.D. than the 1G drain.

Just slot the holes toward center. Go to Lowe's, buy a carbide bit, clamp it into a high-speed drill or die grinder, and give it hell. In 40 seconds you'll be bolting the drain to your 16G.
