160 temp thermostat??

.ave any one use the 160 temp thermostat ??? And how will did your car perform?? Any Pros and Cons.

In cool weather, the engine won't reach operating temperature, and your ECU will go nuts chasing its tail trying to get the car to run right.

Stay with the factory spec.

I use a 160 in the summer and 180 in the winter. My water temps usually stay between 185-195 and have had no issues with running properly.

thats crazy i used to fun 140ish in my 68 mustang, these cars run hot!
