So i've recently been tracking down a key off power drain and seem to have located a separate issue? The 15 "amp" fuse on the interior fuse panel was blown. I attempted to replace it and the new one also blew. I am about to look for a wiring diagram for this circuit but wanted to ask you guys if there is a common issue with this particular circuit that could be the cause?

Thanks,

You need to tell or show us which circuit your talking about bro. Kind of hard to give a answer with no info. Fuses will blow from a short, wet wire possibly, bad ground, crossed wires.

Dsmkauai,

Thats the thing, it just says amp on the fuse box cover plate. I'm assuming this is the factory amp circuit, but the amp isn't even plugged in? I should also note, my gauge cluster is very hard to see at night, the dimmer switch works, but its not adjusting the brightness of the cluster much at all.

Example:

(AMP)
15A
(AMP)

Ok gotcha LOL ya looks to be the factory amp fuse. So you don't have the factory amp? What about radio stock or aftermarket. If nothing else is being used on that circuit than don't use it leave the fuse out. Or if it was me I'd try and figure out what's making it blow. If the factory amp is unplugged than maybe the harness got smashed somehow and wires are crossed. Ya hard to say bro why exactly its blowing, I'm not sure what's all tied into that amp circuit.

Was wondering if there was any update on this I recently got a new wiring harness made and I’m having the same fuse blow?

I have no interior lights no radio and it doesn’t seem like my ECU, which is an Haltech Elite 2500 is getting power because it is linked to my Race Pack dashboard and it is not powering on either.
