12.8 @ Lots of MPH

I have not seen any fwd do a low 11 on street tires (hondas included). I'd bet that the only way this could be done would require complete chassis modification. I've seen a very few, and I mean a few run a low 12 on street tires. For a dsm, the fastest guys on street tires I've seen have not broken out of the high 12s. Not even on the internet have I found a record of anything faster than a high 12 on street tires.

Several FWD DSM's have went high 11's and low 12's on street tires.

This site is almost a year outdated, alot of cars have went faster.

go buy a real turbo and ditch the NAWZ until you are having trouble breaking 150 mph... my .02.

That's cool man. I guess I might have took you the wrong way then. If so, I'm sorry. I just had an issue with you saying stock Z06's make 380whp, in which there is no friggin way. That statement led me to believe you were more or less saying that there is no way I could squeek by one from a roll. Anyways... to be honest with you I will prolly never break 98mph in the 1/8 with my fwd in my life time, especially without slicks. My hats off to you. I respect what you have accomplished with your ride. Also.... I'm not bragging about my 88mph 1/8 mile run either. It sucks to me. I actually think it's down from where it should be. I practically spun all the way down the track therefore losing mph. You can lose mph by spinning to much. I should have trapped in the low 90mph area IMHO. On down the road I will go to a bigger turbo but I have still not maxxed out my current set up yet. I have plans for some head work, intake manifold, tb swap etc. O'yeah, one more thing, quit making fun of my nitrous.

i like the sound of trying to max out your current setup....thats the way to do it.

However, I will even look at DSMs on BFG street drag radials to see if they can even break into the low 12's, which I still haven't seen done.

I am on G-force tires running low 12's and expecting a high 11 next weekend. I have had a few boost leaks that needed to be fixed and a couple other minor modifications have been done recently. Also that is with a 16g turbo, stock motor, full weight and full exhaust.
