Yo talon or anyone else who goes to atco i live about 15 min form atco and will be getting me car back soon i did a 1g swap and all i need is a new boost controller and afc and ill be able to run pm with like ## number or aim ill hit u up when i go. I have a 98 silver gsx.

Stock Internal K series can make 600+ corrected WHP turbo'd, keep in mind these engines were never designed from factory to be turbo, this is pretty badass IMO. Considering the fact that making that kind of power on cast stuff is pretty amazing.

A local went 10.73 @ 137mph on a completely STOCK H22 turbo with a 9psi WG spring and NO BOOST CONTROLLER, this was in a full street car (88 crx). Never made more then 380whp corrected on the dyno, this is also on 93 octane, again factory cast everything.

Plenty of NA guys are doing low low 12's on 1.8 and 2.0L b series using ALL factory honda parts.

Not to knock DSM's, but never under estimate hondas.

he said stock everything.. and i don't recall any honda's coming turbo from the factory? But our DSM's did come with a turbo and awd from factory

Do it. Easier, said than done though. My tranny/clutch just gave up on me so my upgrade turbo set up is going to have to wait for a while. I guess I will be somewhat joining the 14b bandwagon crew. Check out my mod list, I say I can pretty much max this out.
One question though I see that I am not getting very acurate boost level on my car at every gear. Could this be because I am running a 3" TBE?

Have you ported your turbine housing? do you have an aftermarket/ported/2g/evo3 o2 housing... if not, your boost creeping.

Nah I have not ported nothing and I'm on the stock 02 housing.

He only had one run because of the rain. They closed the track early. I think he could have broke into the high 11's with a perfect run. But besides the driven the time is amazing dont you think???? I forgot to add that we did put a JDM motor in the car a few months ago.

Not quite there yet. John Force couldnt run 11's in your car with a trap speed of 106 . You're gonna need a little more to do that.

You can run a 275 tire on a 1g:
if you roll the fenders, add fender flares and trim the rear arm. Check the auto cross section

t25 is crap. Though,
Someone ran a 9.x on the t25 spraying 200 shot of nos and the car is a full race car, but if you have the money anythings possible.

11's on a small 14b? Not without Nitrous or completely gutting the car... Dsmtimes.org proves this pretty well. The 14b just won't make enough power without the help of nitrous, and the power it does make won't get you into the eleven's unless you gut the car to achieve the power to weight ratio that will get you there. Come on guys, 12.6 is great on a 14b, but it's still a small Turbo, and to say it can make elevens is really pushing it.

i've seen a buddy run a 7.79 on a 92 gst stock fuel and engine on a 16g at 15lbs with slicks. hes fixing to run a t67 and 1kcc's with some other minor stuff gonna see what he can break into on stock engine.... im guessing bye bye headgasket.

Lets see a Honda run 12's stock everything

Well, here's my timeslip. Levi is pretty close but I had 550's, although I probably could've tuned it easier with stock injectors. Motor was stock other than metal headgasket and arp's, stock ecu, stock intake mani, stock cams, etc. Just pretty much had E16g, fmim, slicks, weight reduction, and gmaft to tune with a wideband.

I broke the shift rail last time out at the track, fixed it, crank pulley came off the same day I got it back up and running, broken balance belt, flywheel bolts backed out, etc. Ugghhh...it's back up and running but clutch won't disengage. When that's fixed I'll be back at the track. I'll have a bigger turbo with Spec clutch, fidanza flywheel, 1000cc's, and stage 3 chip (cause of the larger injectors).

I ran the 14b last year at 15 psi and only could get 13.5 @ 98 mph ,turned it up to 18 psi and ran 14.2 @ 92 mph with race fuel ,so I would think the turbo isn,t efficent after 15 psi .great to see someone making time from the 14b ,
