I have a 97 gst greddy type bov recirculated, t25, megan 3inch exhaust, greddy fmic, hks vbc boost controller and today I changed my spark plugs and gapped them to .28. And im still having the problem at about 10 psi it starts bucking and feels like it is hitting a wall everytime. Can someone please give me some insight on what this problem could be, thanks in advance!

T25 should be fine up to around 15 psi AFAIK. You've got a fuel / spark / timing issue from the sounds of things. Have you checked it with a timing light lately?

You could still be getting an ignition misfire if the wires are bad. How long has it been since they've been replaced? How do they look? If there's any question as to if they are good or not I'd just go ahead and replace them.

This is my little brother's car and I let him switch the wires from my GST over onto his and its still the same outcome. Im thinking its something relating to the HKS boost controller. If this is not connected properly could this cause fuel cut? Timing is on point and have no way to log, its on the stock ecu, stock fuel setup.

The bov isn't tee'd into anything is it? Make sure it has it's own vac line straight to the intake manifold.

I had this happen to me it was the spark plug boots arching off each other at the ignition coil. You can only tell at night with the light show and was over a certain rpm, boost just made it worse. I also played with different spark plug gaps until I got the sputtering down and I reset the ecu and all was well again.

Well we finally found what caused the bucking, one problem was that the boost controller (hks vbc) was not connected to any vacuum's on the intake manifold. The other culprit was that the boost gauge hose was cracked very badly in many different places, so we fixed that and now it runs perfect, no more bucking.
