014 code on dsm link

So when i start my car it fires for 3 seconds roughly then shuts off. Code that shows up on my link is (014 throttle position circuit malfunction).My TPS wont read over 29% throttle and reads 1.90volts at WOT and 0 volts when closed.Any suggestions please?

My car was running fine. I installed my wideband and tucked the ecu away under center console went to start it and this is what i got.I changed TPS still same readings.

Sounds like a bad connection from you harness to your ECU and when you moved the ECU it wiggled the wire. The TPS is Pin #19 on the ECU. If you pull the wire out of the connector you can tighten the end with a needle so it makes a better connection with the ECU.

Thanks for the help ill be doing this tomorrow to see if thats the problem.Ill let you know how it goes hopefully its this simple.Thanks

i tested all Continuity to the following three:

Tps +5v sensor green/red to ecu pin 23 [good]
Tps ground green/black to ecu pin 17 and 24 [good]
Tps output green/white to ecu pin 19 [good]

That leaves me with what a bad tps if im still getting those readings? All ecu connections look good as well as tps plug. when i changed out tps the one i changed it with was used also not sure if its good or not. Im going to have to find a good Tps off running car to find out for sure.
