2G Idle air control code coming on

Hi guy i have a 95 eclipse gst well heres my problem i have a iac code that keeps comming up iv changed the iacv still came back on after clearing changed a couple vacuum lines cleared the code didnt come back up now its back? I sent the ecu to extreme psi they said i something fried in the ecu they fixed it sent it back to me code didnt come back on for like a couple hrs now its back im bringing my car for a leak down test today can someone please help lmk what else could cause this code? I also did not recurculate my bov (greedy bov) do to the fact im going to block it off would that cause this code? Need help thanks p.s. my idle does go up and down between 1k 1500

Well I will say before anyone else says it but if your running the stock maf then you have to recirc your bov!! Its a MUST to keep your car running correctly

Will that cause a cel and i was going to just block it off with a block off plate because i cant find anyone selling just the injec cai with rec bov spot but what else would cause that code

Not a Turbo guy but for a cel code just because it says iac doesn't mean it could only be the iac. It's the whole circuit the iac runs with if that makes sense to you.

And it also like drops the idle to zero and shuts my car off any other idea have found out yet about the leak test yet

Ok so an update on the car there was no leaks so i dont know what else could be causing the issue i have still yet rec my bov but does anyone know if that would cause that ilde air malfunction code please help or know of anything else it could be? Thank you
