Is there an answer for overheating
If you turn off the motor, it will stop overheating.

If you have an actual technical question about a situation you have encountered, and parts you have verified are working we can help you solve a problem. However; based on your question I have to assume that you have not checked the basics of the cooling system and have not checked the level of coolant in the radiator for your vehicle

Please verify with us that you have full coolant under the radiator cap. If the fluid is full I need you to verify the cooling fans are functional on the car when the motor is hot. If the fans on the radiator are working I need you to verify that you have replaced the coolant thermostat. If you have verified all three of those have been checked and the thermostat is replaced we will need to hear more specifics about your vehicle such as what modifications for performance you have done

If you want some advice or troubleshooting help you need to give us something to work with. What was happening when it overheated? How often has this happened? What have you tested and observed? What have you done to the car, and to help fix the problem? Is the car stock or modified? ...

You've gotta help us help you.
