2G AFR and idle changing when braking or headlights on.

So I recently purchased a 97 Eclipse GSX. My AFR was acting up. Did a leak check and found 2 sizable leaks. Fixed them and AFR is still not right.

Attached is a video I just took after discovering my idle and AFR changes when I press the brake which I know can be a brake booster leak however AFR and idle also are affected when I turn on my headlights or fan for heat.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

I would suspect voltage drop first.

Have you tested voltage from the alternator?

It’s possible the idle air control valve isn’t letting in the correct air flow to compensate for accessory draw, you could try removing it and cleaning that area in the throttle body housing
