I've added the following:

TurboXS H-34 BOV
TurboXS HPBC (at 15 psi)
Upper IC piping with 3" throttle body elbow
2.5" catback with N1 muffler

How many horses do you think were added with this setup?

Steve

Thanks for the guesses so far guys. I'm not running rich (I just had polution). I'm certainly not venting to atmosphere. I was dynoed at 231, so most of you were correct in your guesses.

I'll be adding downpipe and high-flow cat within a month, and I'm hoping to see some increases.

Anyone else running as close to stock as I? I wish I had more money so I could upgrade more quickly.

I am running a little more stock then you!! I have an Injen Intake, and 2.5 inch custom cat-back exhaust with glass pack muffler. I think I am just running in the 225hp range. I dont know where i can get an AWD dyno around my area so, thats just a guess.

I'm pinching every penny right now, because I want to finish off the exhaust system (including the manifold and 02 housing), then I can move on to stage 2. So much potential, but not enough money! :thumbdown

i dont kno what your are referring to with 225 hp but i doubt ull have 225 to the wheel when u get dynoed

Yeah, you aren't gonna get 225 whp out of that. I was thinking 223-228 crank hp myself.

I was just guessing at that HP rating. I was just thinking that since we are what like 210 stock, i was just saying 225 considering the mods that i have. Anyone know where i can actually get dynoed and not have to guess? Thanks for correcting me.

Wow, in my opinion over 60 wheel hp gain from that setup seems kinda high.

fertez_turbo,

It's a gain of 36hp. Stock is 195 and the dyno was 231.
195 at the flywheel, that 231 is at the wheels. There is a power loss between the flywheel and the wheels. A stock 1g turbo is around 155-160 at the wheels. Unless you had the motor dynoed out of the car....

Guess I have to dig up my dyno slip for the haters.
