yet another wheel fitment question

Going to be getting new rims/tires in the next week or two and trying to find out if the ones I want fit. I've searched the board but couldn't find anything about these exact sizes.

Here are the rims and tires I'm thinking about:

18x8.5 ADR Cyphers with 35mm offset.

Pirelli Pzero Nero M+S
235/40/18 or 245/40/18

235 - .2" circumference difference from stock. Speedometer would be .2% too fast
245 - .8" circumference difference from stock. Speedometer would be 1% too slow.

This is on a stock height 97 gsx.

They should fit. I just put on 17x8 with a 42 offset and 235/45/17 KDW's. No rubbing. With the 35offset you should be good.
