XTD clutch trouble installing

This is my first eclipse and first clutch job so bare with me. When I unbolted the xlutch from the flywheel it is all one piece but there are three pieces, the pressure plate then the clutch plate then a piece that I haven't seen before, my aftermarket clutch didn't come with that piece how do i detach it and reattach it to my new clutch

That picture doesn't show us anything. But I'm guessing your current clutch is Modular, so the pressure plate, clutch disk, and flywheel are all bolted/riveted together. If the new clutch isn't modular then you'll need to install a flywheel.

Are you sure you didn't buy a clutch for a turbo Dsm?

You can find them in the classifieds here, craigslist, The Dealer, the yard... Just gotta look.

It might be a clutch for a turbo dam, how would I tell and how would I get it to bolt up

If its a clutch from a turbo model can I just buy a flywheel from a turbo model
