After setting my idle, cruise fuel trims ,i made a wot log. After i made a log, i looked at it and my afr was so damn rich. So i adjusted the numbers in "OpenLoopMaxOctane" DA. Went again for a wot. Wasn't happy with the afr again. so i made numbers higher to the point ,where it looks kinda weird for me. The numbers in a "OpenLoopMaxOctane" table doesn't match my Wideband and AfRatioEst readings. Where is the problem? Should i just ignore the numbers in OpenLoopMaxOctane table and adjust them to whatever numbers it takes till i see 11:5:1 afr at my wb?

Starting off, do a full 3rd gear pull from 3k till your set red line. Next, I noticed that your IDC% is getting into the 90% range. You may want to get yourself a set of larger injectors.

Your TPS is slightly out of adjustment being at 0.61v (want 0.63v) but what concerns me the most is on TPS adjustment you are at -49% offset and 124% scale. You need to adjust your throttle cable or your throttle stop plate if I'm correct on that part.

Get those adjusted and get a real 3rd gear pull and post the log.

i did a 3rd gear pull to redline 7500k. im running 650's with fp red on 19 psi.And i tried making tps to 0.63v,but it goes to 0.64 or 0.61.Can't get in between

It's time to break out the wrenches and manually adjust that TPS. The ECMlink feature is great, but you're way out of adjustment.

To do the adjustment: Set the ECMlink offset and scale back to zero, loosen the sensor and adjust it while logging TPS. This should get you back into acceptable range if not perfect. Then go ahead and run the ECMlink TPS adjustment tool to fine tune.

I don't know if you noticed, but you went off the throttle half way through.

if my tps out of adjustment, then in what problems it would lead me?

The value at idle (foot off the throttle) is probably more important than the value at wide open throttle. A value that's too high at idle can prevent the idle switch from activating or it will prevent the "simulate idle switch" functionality from working properly.

A value that's too high while at 0% throttle will prevent proper idle operation, and a value too low at 100% throttle will not show "WOT." Beyond this, and the negative consequences for running like this, I don't know :) But I do know the more accurate your sensor readings are, the easier it is for the ECU to do its job correctly, and give you the performance you want.

Your TPS reading are so far off, it's obvious someone removed the sensor at some point, and then just bolted it back on disregarding placement. For the factory setting to be off 50% is absurd. Can you pop the hood and glance at it? Is it set in the middle? Any markings such as white paint? If it hasn't been altered, then you have another, major issue. In this case, I'd highly recommend physically fixing the issue instead of altering the settings via ECMlink. That procedure is for fine tuning.

So prob thats, why my car has a bouncy idle, and the ft at idle are not dead accurate. Ive been having problems setting the fuel trims, because it was hard to keep the car at steady rpm's and i was a bit on a lean side at idle....

Can someone give me a detail information (step by step) on how to adjust the tps in a proper way? i searched but couldn't find a good write up on that...
