maft tuning woT

here is what I have
maft 3 inch blow threw
stock pump rewired
stock injectors
scm-61 turbo
fmic
turbo xs bov
full 3 inch apex's n1 downpipe and exhaust
new ngk bpr6es plugs
car idles fine...
I hit wide open throtle and it bucks and makes a poping sound...im just trying to get some ruff tuning in ...its set at about 15 psi..
any ideas on where to set these dials

Do you have a logger? Can't do much tuning without one, especially with a MAF translator.
