255 lph walbro rewired street/strip fmic 2.5 intercooler piping 3''gm maf blow thru setup
ves 2.00 maft I was woundering how hard would it be to tune bigger injectors like 650
660cc with this setup and what brand of injectors would you guys get please Help

Thanks Jeremy

What a terrible post you just made.

If I translated that correctly I would say get an afc for tuning injectors that big. MAFT is great, but for tuning alone, its not nearly as good as an afc. FIC injectors will be fine, or denso, or RC.

I thought the translater tunned fuel so I have to get a safc too I cant tune with just maft
I guess i just dont understand everyone just told me to get a translater and then i could
get bigger injectors so i cant do 650cc or 660cc with out a safc so what good was the translater?? Im new at tuning

You can tune 650's or 660's fine with just the maft. Some people just use the maft to set the base tune and then fine tune with the afc or just use the afc because it tunes in 1% increments ulike 2% like the maft. I am getting 660's and going with the maft blow thru setup and have heard no one complain about tuning those size injectors with just the maft. You can achieve a very good tune with just the maft alone.

MAFT is 5% increments.

5% on the new one as well, i just bought version 2.01 and the manual (i am reading as i'm typing) says 5%.
You can tune with it, but it just will not be as accurate as an afc and nowhere close to what an e-manage can do.

U can give a a shot. Some people can't get bigger than 550's tuned properly on just the maft. Then agian you could have the same problem with an afc. They lie to the ecu about how much air is coming in to compensate for the larger injectors. The bigger you go the more it lies to the ecu. If it lies too much your fuel and timing maps will be way off which could cause problems. There are a ton of posts on this already do a search and decide for yoruself. I couldnt get my 650's tuned properly on just the maft so im opting to get a keydiver chip with the injectors set for 650's. This way i only need to do some fine tuning.
