Ok the car was running good and I havent changed anything since installing new turbo and manifold (16g with 2g manifold) Other than Installing a oil catch can, This to correct the Atmospheric Venting of my Valve cover ( just had a filter element on it )

I drove it saturday night and Went WOT For the first time since a new clutch/ turbo install.
Now ive got Over 350 Miles on the cutch and probly 150 Miles on the turbo and manifold.

Now this morning It Took about 5min of cranking on it before it even started then when I give it gass it dies, If I let off it almost runs. Its like its EXTREAMLY cold start or something. After it was warmer it ran but still dies after you give throttle, You can get it to rev up but you gotta kinda tap the gass. It just seems to run like its cold or not gettin enough fuel. All my lines are in place, Vacume lines look good too. Havent done a boost leak check yet. Got any suggestions on what it might be?

I would say no from my experience although its always a possibility, I have had a clogged injector before, and it still started fine although it ran/sounded like a harley. Are you using a stock fuel system?

Edit: I wasnt thinking of running rich, it could very well be that. I was referring to a fuel issue as in running too lean/clogged injector.

are you still runing the stock fuel system ?what kind of maf ? i read your profile i didnt say anything about that .
p.s
in your profile it said  " stage 2 weight reduction " dont get out of the way of the threat but what does that mean ?

In the unedited first post he just made some hard runs. He may have blown a pipe off, which can cause the car to die.

OK sorry it took so long to get back to post.

Well Ive got the Intake off and did a boost leak check, Found one leak so far coming from my idle control motor, It had NO O ring on it to speak of, so that would have been there the whole time. I must not have put one on it when I installed it 3 years ago. The car has ran good since I put that in. Still need to track down that O ring and put it in right to complete my boost leak check but no MAJOR leaks are found.

I also have pulled my spark plugs and they are black and smell of gas.
Pulled the ECU and it looks so good my friend was drooling over it and tryed to trade me his first born child for it.

As for my Fuel system its completely stock.

Just a Joke cause I have no interior.:thumb: I gonna end up putting a FEW 100lbs more into the car once its done because of the stereo stuff.

WOW Nailed this one good man. After I fixed the O ring leak, I found the Turbo to intercooler pipe Had a HUGE gash about 2" long on the first bend right off the turbo.
You couldnt see this since it was a Braided rubber stock pipe.

This coulda happend Right after I went WOT against the STi Sat night, Since the car was already warm it ran ok as long as I wasnt Giving it Hell, Wich I didnt but this would make it very hard to start cold.

I Went ahead and switched out the stock side mount for the front mount Sperco I already had. I realy had to do this since I dont have a replacement stock pipe. I wasnt gonna run this intercooler but heck why not if I got it.:thumb:

After I finnish the Install Ill post pics and let you guys know if its What caused the problem since I havent had it put back together since I Found the two leaks.
