Car dies when WOT

I'm throwin a faulty o2 sensor code, but everytime I hit wot my car will die, well not everytime but it does die out and I have to start it again while cruisin. What gives? boost leak?

i had this happen twice right after i installed a new BOV and right after i installed my front mount. the problem was first, the intake pipe was not all the way sealed and the second time the second part of the front mount to the turbo blew off. probably just a leak somewhere between the turbo or intake.
