on my 91 talon the fuel pump primes to bring fuel to the rail, and i have spark, the car will start with starting fluid sprayed in the manifold tho. Could the cas be messed up causing it not to spray fuel? and i checked the fuel injector plug for voltage im getting 4v, that is also another question is that sufficent voltage to fire an injector?
