Car wont start, no spark and no fuel

So yesterday I was driving and the car shut off. I got the car towed back to my house. It didn't throw a CEL. I'm not getting any spark and I don't think the injectors are firing when I try to start the car. I pulled the CAS off and turned it by hand and I had spark and could hear the injectors working. The check engine light and the boost gauge come on when I turn the ignition to the ON position so I think the ECU is still good. The coils and PT were replaced. I checked the timing and it is lined up perfectly still. Any ideas or test I can do?
 
Is the engine turning over?
that info is needed, and if you turn your CAS and get fuel then the ECM is "fine" So if you dont have fuel/spark while cranking but do while the CAS in turning by hand, you need to verify that there isnt a intermitten short in the CAS sensor/wiring causing it to work while you were holding it. As for the comment on the cam being broken (however unlikely) just check for movement while the CAS is out (for piece of mind)
 
I know it isn't common to see a cam break in half in the engine, but I've seen a few.

When i was at Jaguar we had an old XJ come in barely running and shaking. After many hours of head scratching it was found to be a single tooth missing off of the tonewheel. the car thought it had two number one cylinders! After that not much suprises me, LOL
 
The CAS wiring looks ok but will check the voltage when I find my multimeter. There is fuel coming out of the fuel return when cranking, so I think the fuel pump is fine. How do you test the injectors?

I used to keep half of an olds 3.8 camshaft on my desk as a paperweight. The woman drove it in on three cylinders.
