Wont Start Has No Fuel

I NEED HELP PLEASE CAR WILLNOT START. iT CRANKS BUT DOESN'T HAVE FUEL GOING TO FUEL RAIL. I THOUGHT IT COULD BE THE MPI RELAY BUT IT'D NEW AND i BOUGHT A NEW ECU AND STILLNOTHING. IT JUST CRANKS. THE CAR SAT FOR ALMOST THREE MONTHS BEFORE I BOUGHT IT.

Check voltage at the fuel pump.

Also check all the fuses inside & outside in the engine bay. Then, turn off your CAPS when you post back next time

When was the last time you checked your ecu? I had a 90 GSX where the caps leaked causing the car to turn off randomly and eventually not start. Check to make sure that when you put the key in and turn to the second ON position that the boost gauge moves to zero. I could always predict when the car wasn't going to start because the boost gauge would not move after the ignition was turned ON to the second positon.
