ECMlink won't boost in first gear

I am having problems with making power in 1st gear on my 90 gsx. the car will rev up to around 4000rpm and start cutting out. when taking off in first gear it falls flat on its face sounds like its losing fuel, but as soon as i shift it into 2nd gear the car will take off rev all the way up and makes full 20 lbs of boost. this hasn't happened until recently after installing my roll cage. since the toll cage, all that i have changed was reinstalling my wiring harness, install my gauge cluster, and index my spark plugs. I have no boost leak, it has clean 91oct fuel, the fuel filter is clean, stock coil pack, ngk spark plugs gapped to 0.015 and accel 8mm spark plug wires are new. This is a fully built 4g63 with ecm link, innovate wideband simulated for the o2,

I don't see a log. How can we help without it?

If I connect my laptop will it wipe my tune? I can get a log tomorrow.
