2G Wiring help 99 ATX harness in 95 MTX

So my 95 gst had a hacked dash and engine harness in it so I decided to just pull the harness from the dash and engine bay. Fuse box and all ...... I got a new harness today from a 99 auto gst and there's different plugs and I'm lost now so I'm wondering can i make these harnesses work in my 95gst or did I just waste money

I know that there are minor differences. As well as difference between manual and auto. I know you can make it all work though. Check out this thread.
