wiring harness/swap question

the chassis/body and awd drivetrain are a 91 talon tsi manual, the engine is a 9.0-1 nonturbo 4g63 out of a 90 automatic laser, and the wiring harness is out of a 93 talon auto with abs/theftlock, the abs was not carried over and there was no relay in the theftlock spot so i assumed it didnt have it. the car has a 16g with a hafe mani,tial 38mm wg,3in downpipe, stock bov,stock intercooler. i ran 7-8 psi, as to not blow the motor while trouble shooting the car. the car ran great for a few days, then while deceling in 2nd gear(while in a turn) it started to jump and drop rpms. then it died, so i restarted it just fine and drove it home. tried to start it later that day. it wouldnt stay running, and now wont start. i have fuel, but no spark. i checked and swapped the coils,wires,plugs,power transistor out for others. still nothing, all my fuses are good. grounds are good. i checked the CAS and it looks good, every sensor i need is connected. i just cant seem to figure out whats wrong. my next move is to replace the harness with a 90-91 manual non turbo harness when i find one at the junkyard. is the problem in the harness?

1990 wiring harness and ecu are completely different then that of a 1991-1994 ecu and harness.

The auto/manual harness is not a factor as far as I know, due to them being different harness'

What I would do is get a 1991-1994 ecu and harness, then the proper sensors (make sure you have the right waterneck , ect ect I cant remember off the top of my head).

Oh, and why the non turbo bottom end?

it is a 91+ ecu. i already have a 93 auto harness with abs and theftlock in the car. cant you read?
and its a chopped throttle body, no egr, no fast idle air, no throttle vac. i have all the correct sensors that i need. and i have a turbo bottom end, its stripped and waiting funds for a build....plus why the need for it? its exactly the same as a n/t other than pistons, squirters, and cams for the most part. im not trying to push 17+

Id swap your cas, take a look at your computer. Then i would trace back the anti-theft wiring is it factory or aftermarket anti-theft?

ill look at the cas again.ecu would most likely be the caps? the antitheft is factory which i dont know anything about how it works and what it disables. i have fuel and the injectors feed, plus everything else. just no spark.
