Alright well I have a 95 talon N/T. I just had the head gasket replaced and this all started after that. What happens is when I start the car doesn't matter it sounds like it's missing hardcore. The whole car shakes and the intake sucks in like crazy you can probably hear my intake from inside the house. It will do this then rev to 2k and do it a couple more times and level out. After this I'll try to take off and i'll have to give it more pedal pressure than normal to get it going cause it feels like it's missing or I dont know. It doesn't want to go then all of a sudden it will kick in and of course buck a few times. Sometimes while driving you can see the air/fuel gauge go to red for like a period of 5 seconds then go back to normal. I know these aren't very accurate, but possibly a fuel problem. Any ideas? I put some new spark plugs in and the wires are pretty new also.

Bring the car back to where you had the headgasket done and have them check the timing. Any check engine lights?? Are you sure its not just a large vaccuum leak>? That would throw off your map sensor and cause this problem as well. There are a lot of vaccum lines to remove when changing the headgasket. I would check all of them.

Sounds like they screwed up on your timing.

Misses a little while driving. It's going back monday for sure. I know the guy hes awesome, but probably just overlooked the timing. Thanks for the hints guys. Timing is a very good possibility. When I replaced the spark plugs today they were kinda white soo maybe it's advanced.

Yep finally got it figured out today. O2 sensor was the problem. It was working, but being lazy. Wasn't putting out much at all. Taking away fuel so had to get a chrysler one...malarky are they expensive.

how much??? could have just got a wideband.

I'd have to look at the receit, but no need for a wideband. This car is just a daily driver. I got the awd for the track.
