Okay guys, I had an LC1 on my last dsm, and i thought it was great. WOT 10.3 and steady on it. I didnt do any tuning or anything, but what i want to know is accuracy. I have one guy telling me the LC1 is inaccurate because you have to calibrate it every 6 months, and another guy telling me that his AEM wideband was innaccurate and thats why he moved to LC1.
The guy with the AEM that moved to LC1, he said it was showing different numbers on the gauge compared to what he logged on the Hondata. He also talked to another guy that used AEM with Hondata and he said AEM wasnt good for tunning either.
However, I have another friend that uses AEM on dsms and he says they are accurate and he would rather use them than LC1.
my mind is tied up like a pretzel

so when I was choosing mine I was looking at the aem for ease! But why did I go for the most demanding wideband??? Well its because its accurate and you can connect it to link! Plus its great on the MTS system just like defi! And there gauges are super cool and thin! Yes it may have to be calibrated at least every 6 months but its only because innovate want your car to run at its best! And aem just want a fast install for people who cannot be bothered! (In my eyes anyway) I know I will get moaned at for that part ha ha. I love my db gauge and innovate products you will be very happy with them! Just takes a bit more work to wire it all in! Unlike the aem unit!
