wideband displays nothing over 4k?x

Ok guys I've searched everywhere with no results. I have an aem uego wideband that I bought off of the marketplace. It reads slightly lean at idle but evens out when driving. Well when I go wot or over 4k rpms the numbers turn to lines and the dial pegs to lean like I'm decelerating. Other times it won't even read. I re saltered everything and I ran the power to my cig lighter which powers one other gauge any help would be nice.

ummm is the car actually leaning out .. like do you see the nuymbers get higher with the wot the have flat lines... or do they get to 10.00 and then flat line??


the --- on decel is normal. and the tps idle switch takes care of that... whats this on btw??

any mods??

It's on my 97 tsi running 19psi on a 16g fic 550 wally 255 3 g lifters arp headstuds fmic.... Ext...... And it couldnt be leaning out because the dsmlink simulator for afr is right around 12 to 1 and I watch the wideband drop to 12 then the lights will go all the way to left then hop to the right like a narrowband and the numbers will read blank I wonder if I wire it into dsmlink if I can get readings.

You may just need a new sensor. My UEGO did something similar, I swapped the sensor for a new one, and it read fine again.
