Looking for who it was selling or could get the SSAC FMIC. I need to purchase one to go with my new turbo and fuel mods. Also will it be possible to keep any of my dejon pipes with that kit?

That is not the same kit. That kit wont even bolt up... it has the short route piping but not the right intercooler. If you buy that kit you will not have ahort route and you will need to fab up your own piping as the ones provided wont work...

It comes short one 2.5" couple and 2 t-bolt clamps... exactly the same as everyones from the group buy. I go to NAPA and buy a foot of 2.5" radiator hose... It works like a champ and I have some left over... It is also reinforced.

Yup thats why i haven't bought that kit cause i knew it wasn't the same kit. I sent you a private message 2gawdtalon on how to complete this transaction. Thank god ill finally be able to get my 2Gb bumper fainted after i hack it to fit the FMIC.

yes the kit is missing 1 coupler and 2 clamps. i got some dodge duely truck spring loaded t-bolt clamps (they look so cool ) and a black silicon coupler...im gonna use the black coupler for the visible part of the kit....i wasnt feeling the blue...the others you wont see.

I got in on the group buy last summer, good kits, but I suggest that everyone buy some high pressure t-clams, I've had 4 fail. Their only $2-3 a peice from a industrial hose shop.. All and all, it's an exelent kit for the $$..

Do you get to keep the fog lights?? How much molestation of the bumper is required? What flange does the UICP come with? Does it bolt right up to the j-pipe on the EVO III 16g?

Fog lights have to go. Front bumper cover only requires minimal trimming of the mount and behind the plastic covers where the fog lights were. The bumper itself needs to be cut but will still fit when trimmed. The UICP is flanged for a 1g bov but you can use a greddy also by simply drilling 2 holes in th flange. The J pipe needs to be a front mount version.

what j-pipe will you be using?

I have the dejon tool j pipe and there is a slight fitment issue. The L pipe that comes with the kit is too large so you may have to cut some of the pipe, or just by a L shaped hose and dont use the included metal one.

Yep, that's what I did. Actually I just cut a 90 out of some of the stock hose.

You can also get it direct from SSAC as well. Just tell them you want to pay $295 for it and it's your's. I've got on on a 2G with a HX35. With the stock bumper cover not opened any farther than stock and 2 12" pusher fans it kepts the inlet temps with-in 4*C of the outside air temp @ 26 PSI. But at a stand still with both fans on their just isn't enough air flow to the radiator and it start's to heat up. Time to do some "extra" trimming to the front bumper cover. BTW I was using a IAT at the throttle body to measure the inlet temps.
