Tom, what is the biggest core you have that would allow retention of the fog lights and A/C ?

We've fit some very large (4" and 5") cores in front of the AC, it just requires a bit of bumper cover trimming. For very big cores, the install is actually minimally invasive

Remember also that Kevin's car is not a DD that sits in traffic in 90*F with the A/C on, so some compromise may be needed if not a track-only car

Tom I am pretty sure that he means that a larger thicker core will restrict air flow to the radiator and with the a/c in place that is just one more thing that air has to travel through before it gets to the radiator.
That is a valid concern we've addressed specifically for the DSMs which are more sensitive to the restriction of airflow to the radiator caused by installation of a FMIC. Our external fin pack is designed such that air flows straight through, but by using louvered straight through fins we combine great flow to the radiator with great heat dissipation which improves efficiency.

X2 I have a big gready 24V kit right now and I enjoy the AC and fog lights but I know I am killing response by having the pipe travel the long way around.
