Honestly though every year at the shootout there is only one color that stands out, because of how rare and just unusual it looks in the crowd of DSM's.... and this is one badass example of it.My sentiments exactly. Awesome work Rupe, I can't wait to see this in Norwalk tomorrow!Mad props, Dr. turbo is one of my good friends here locally, it's incredible to finally see his masterpiece complete.
Btw its been 2 years or more since I've seen this car so he's kept it under wraps/top secret. so I'm just as surprised and amazed as everyone in here.
I'll answer for him since he's on his way to Norwalk & the shootout. He literally finished the paint/bodywork this week, Wednesday I believe. Talk about JIT.So how long has this car been actually done. There is no way you were working that fast!
Alright bitches, I am leaving now for the DSM shootout in Norwalk, see you in 200 miles. PEACE.Alright bitches, I am leaving now for the DSM shootout in Norwalk, see you in 200 miles. PEACE.

And please don't turn this into a debate. I do give Dr turbo more props though cause he built it himself and did not spare anything. Every nut and bolt polished etc.....

Thats a clean 1g, but it has different color gauges, a red steering wheel. I think DR. turbos is cleaner. Although I wonder why he never used powder coat instead of paint on some items and I would have like to see him or someone use different calipers on the rear other than the stock. I don't understand the exhaust chain, I mean such a meticulous build other than that. Love the way the front brakes sit. Nice job. I want to see some inside and engine bay pictures.
Well I have to be honest, some stuff I polish others I don't. Basically if you see real intricate stuff my polisher did it, bigger flater things I did. Yea stealing ideas from me, no biggie been a trend of my work since I started this ride, that is why I have waited to tell the story, that way all my ideas were first seen on my car then copied on others.
Later Dr Turbo

Sat fun fun, Sun fun fun, after the SO we head to the local Akron cruise in scene get some grub and then head to the local bridge to watch some extra curricular activities, and then grab some more beer and headed to whitedawgs house.

I just really fail to see what the name "Dr Turbo" has to do with anything. Does everyone on this forum know you of that name? Did you just one day think "I'm Dr Turbo" ...? I'm kind of lost.
