CAR: 1991 Eagle talon tsi awd 5sd. MODS: 3'' FMIC, 3'' exhaust o2 back no cat, after market exhaust manifold but dont know the brand, 2g mas.

Okay so i have got the car running per-say but now im getting white smoke while the car is running, my AFR gauge is really lean, wont rev past 3k with pedal floored and starts to sound like my pistons are slipping and my data logger is only reading 0.3v to the PUMP. so that leads me to believe my fuel pump is dead.

the car doesn't overheat, cold compression is 150 on all 4 cylinders so not my HG. i haven't checked my fuel pressure because i don't have 150+tax for the tool at auto zone right now(bills and college) but i do get payed on Thursday.

Oh and i haven't got to drive it yet so i don't know how it does under driving conditions, no insurance or tags yet plus clutch needs to be bleed(its touching the floor).

Just need some info before i go buy a fuel pump that i might not need after all. Thanks

Its the blinky light kind.

ok so i bought the fuel pressure tester at auto zone today and hooked it up and some how its reading 45psi. i know i should be getting around 26psi since my car is turbo. what is going on??? oh and when i turn the AC on the car just dies.
