stuttering at idle

ok guys ive been having this problem with my car for a while. at cold starts it will idle for a few sec then start to miss idle going from 100 to 700 rpm and the car will just some times die and not start for a couple of minutes.. so i borrowed a friends laptop and did some logging on it and it seems that when my car start to stutter and missfire my injector are shooting from a regular 2% inj duty cycle to 99% duty cycle.. so im like wtf... any one got any idea on whats the problem?

How old are your 650's?

they are about 2yr with only 8k max.

its been fixed..I am a complete idiot.. ok. so i took off my 650cc install my stock 450s remove ecu plus.. use stock ecu.. start the car up.. did the same crap idle and die out.. i was like no this cant be happening.. so i sat there and thought for a minute. went out and adjusted my biss screw near all the way out.. start her up and baam she ran perfectly fine.. all this time wasted and it was some thing so little that i over look it was just the biss adjustment.. took her around the block and she ran perfectly fine.. no more miss fire codes too..
