whistling after decelerating

i just installed my afpr today and test drove the car. after i got back i popped the hood to check for leaks. as i did this ( while pulling on the throttle cable) i noticed a whistling sound after i let the rpms come back down. it sounds like it is coming from my uicp, but its hard to tell. should i soap up the coupler areas to check for leaks, or is this something else that i am not aware of? thanks.

made a boost leak tester yet? if not, do so. #1 cause of problems is a simple leak somewhere youd never think possible.

nope, never made one, but i have read about them. guess its time to try one out
