Well I had my fp t28 ported to match a 7cm housing. Problem is the person who ported it ran an endmill straight down and ran it through the housing. So therfore, there is a hole on one side of the exhaust housing. I know this would be a quick fix, but could I just put jb weld on until I get the money for a new turbo?

I have looked and found housings for around 200 dollars or should I just save and go with a 16g or something of that nature?

Did you pay someone to do this for you? If so I would be after them to replace your housing. The JB weld idea more then likely won't work. Haven't checked the JB weld temperature rating, but I doubt it will stand up to the 1500-1600F that our turbine housings will see under WOT. Or for that matter the 1200-1300F they constantly see under cruise.

Jb weld will not hold, it will get way too hot, either get it welded or replace it...

didn't think it would work. Just kinda asking for a quick fix. I guess I will order a housing tonigh.

Ok I really don't want to pay 300 dollars for a exhaust housing. Does anyone has a housing I could buy or maybe just a t25 or something to replace it with.
