Transmission has 150k on it.
Syncros are all good.
No lateral or axial play in the intermediate shaft upon reinstall (just built a motor and put it in a few days ago).
New/properly re-stepped flywheel, new clutch/pressure plate (yes it was aligned), new OEM TOB/Clutch Fork/Pivot Ball/Slave/SS Line/Master.
Yes the transmission was aligned with new dowel pins.
Yes the shifter bracket is secured down properly.
It goes into all gears effortlessly.
Last year before I parked the car this was not happening. There may have been a little whine but I'm sure it was a belt. This year the transmission had the case cleaned (pressure washer/blocked off vital spots).
Any hints?
