So what is the group consensus on switching to synthetic, to flush the engine or not to flush the engine? I have heard that the synthetic and regular oil do not mix while I have also read in a magazine that they do mix. what do you all think?

Redline 10w-30 but I would also recommend Amsoil or Royal Purple. If you're cheap then mobil1.

I use Castrol RS 10W60, anybody uses it too?
The RS is the top of the line oil from Castrol, it is normally used in racing cars.
Never heard of 10w60, but 60 is far too thick for a 4g63.
