i have 90k+ on my car, i run 20/50 with no probs...i hear if u run full synthetic it makes the engine leak...what happens is over time when you put in regular oil it leaves deposits and actually forms a "seal" and when you put in synthetic it removes the deposits and causes leakage...check up on it

I just put in maxlife 10w 30 with ZMAX complete engine cleaner. runs smooth try it sometime, ZMAX has the cleaner in a kit that has it for the engine oil, trans oil, and gas for 39.95
