A 50 trim can get you to the 400's nicely, really good pump gas turbo.

You'll want an 8-blade HX35 if you're not ready / willing to run 30psi or so. The 8-blade compressor reportedly moves more airflow at lower boost levels than the 7-blade.

I wanna run how ever much pump will let me and I'm pretty sure a holset can beat my buddies 2008 camaro ss supercharged I just want my car to be faster than his. How fast does the hx35 spool compared to a 20g?

Spool between the TD05H 20G and HX35 may be a couple hundred RPMs different....I would expect full boost around 3800rpms with the 20G, maybe around 4000rpms with the HX35 depending on your tune and supporting mods.

I thought that the HX35 hit mid 20psi by 3400rpm? What are the best ways to bring down the spool of 4k? Atmosphere dump and SMIM? Port and clip the turbo?
