which turbo is this

I was wondering if any one could tell me what kind of 16g was this and was it junk? The had it on his talon and upgraded it has min shaft play, for $75 what should I do?

one of these numbers would be on the flat part of the compressor housing?

Ebay special based on that fact that it says turbocharger on it.
