which pistons?

I just bought a 6-bolt block 4g64 and was wondering if the big rods and 95-99 pistons would work or if i would be better off buying the weisco pistons to run the 4g63 head.

Do some searching there is tons of info on here about stroker combos.

I belive you need a special piston when running the 4G64 crank. You can use the 6-bolt rods but you will need custom pistons with the wrist pin located up higher.

He's talking about the 2.4 4G64/4G63 Hybrid not the 2.3 Stroker.
He has to use special pistons like Wiseco designed for that engine.
He can use the stock rods.

Why can't you use the stock 2.4 pistons and rods? If your running a 4g64 block?
