Which would be stiffer filling the inside of the roll stops with all polyurethane/window weld or such or to fillthe middle stick the prothane inserts I already have in and then a little around the outside to seal them in. I don't car about vibrsations. I would get solids if someone def did them for the N/T motor but this route seems to be easier.

I PM'd him I did remember seeing a forum like that but couldn't remember where thanks. I'll try that but just in case i'd still like to know which of these options would be better.

i heard window weld cracks easily after a while. I actually opted for industrial polyurethane. It's harder and takes the vibrations better. I added the Prothane inserts as well, and filled the mount inside with the polyurethane to keep them in there. It's been about 6 months since then and I check everything in my engine bay weekly. It has held up strong.

Was it night and day from just the inserts? This is what I'm leaning toward just because of downtime and I think may be a little easier on the gf when she rides even though I don't care.

Well when I installed the Prothanes, I took one good look at the inserts and decided I wanted the insides to be filled. There was no comparison made. Vibrations at 750 are slight. I only have the front and driver's side. At 3k RPMs up to about 80mph, it really starts to shake things up a bit. It slightly annoys me so I never drive up to 80mph anymore. When I mean it takes vibrations better, it's tougher than window weld. It's definitely more solid. If you're looking for comfort, do not fill it with industrial polyurethane.

I had all 4 of my mounts window welded, There was SLIGHTLY more vibration but not much at all.
I replaced the rear and front mounts with new mounts with the inserts(no window weld) and it is way stronger, more vibration and tighter feeling.
BTW I still have my side mounts window welded.

I already have full prothane full mounts on the main(passenger on 420a motor) and trans mounts I am talking mainly about the roll stops but from what I see there really isn't much benefit from using window weld so that's out the window. Biglady hit me up I'm just waiting to see if the price he told me is per mount or if I can get both roll stops done for that price. I think its' per mount though. If I do fill them it will be industrial ployurethane with the inserts and then pop it in the oven for like an hour to harden.
