My timing belt recently took a dump and messed up pretty much all my valves and cracked some valve sleeves so i was wonder what would be a better head replacement a 2g turbo or a 1g non-turbo? Cause have a 1g nonturbo and i can get a 2g turbo from a friend for pretty cheap.

Use the 1G head. It is the same as the turbo head, other than different cams. the 2G head is crap for flow.

so if i put the turbo cams on the nonturbo head and it will be the same as the old head? what would the engine act like if i left the nonturbo cams in it?

You would lose quite a bit of power. Two different applications.
