I am putting a TT in my 2g and need to know which if the 2 ignition wires is which. They are black and white and blue and black. One doesn't drop power when the starter is engaged and one does. (I cant just check it myself because the car has no head/turbo/radiator/oil at the moment but I want to get the timer hooked up so I can put the inside of my car back together.) Thanks :talon:

I don't remember exactly, but check my tech article on hardwiring a TT in the electrical and wiring section of the tech articles....it lists all of the wires in the ignition harness and what colors they are! Good luck

That is where I got the info that the two ignition wires were black and white and blue and black. Thanks for that but your article doesn't say which is the constant one and which drops voltage when the starter is engaged. That was what I was asking. :)

connect it to anyone, i connected it to the black and white and it works fine. By the way what TT???

"What TT" meaning what does it mean or what kind? It means Turbo Timer, and in my case it is a Greddy.
