I am currently running an FP Green turbo with BC 268/272 cams with original 1G head and original 1G intake manifold. The car is well tuned and is making almost 500hp on E85 on a mustang dyno. I've recently had several local people (not from this site) tell me that the biggest bang for my buck now, for more horsepower and torque, would be to upgrade the intake manifold for more/better flow. I'm not sure I agree. Has anyone ever gone from stock 1g intake manifold to something else and seen an improvement, maybe even something they felt in the seat of there pants? I would appreciate any and all feedback!

At your power level I think a smaller plenum street intake manifold would be a nice bump. Horsepower will definitely increase and the car will pull a bit further in the RPMs for sure.

I would definitely invest in an upgraded fuel pump as well. A Walbro 450 or better to handle the e85 and power levels. Personally, I love the 535 as it flows the most and draws the least current from the electrical system.
