On my forge recirculating bov, the measurement for the outlet is a little over 1". On my injen intake pipe the recirculation hose is slightly bigger than 1.25". Recommendations such as a 1 1/4" peice of radiator flex hose won't work because it's too big to go over the bov. Is the stock peice 2 different sized ends as well?

You can get this hose at Sears hardware at the size you need, and like he said just heat the one end up and it will go on fine.

Whats wrong with your old hose, can you salvage any of it? I needed a hose and I went and bought the closest size napa had. I had to heat it up to put it on and then it was such a pain in the ass to take on and off to do boost leak tests, its hard to push it back on the intake hose because it has so much flex. I ended up getting a metal pipe from HOME DEPOT, (it was in the electrical section, its a 90* section used for pulling wires around corners, costs like $3), and just using pieces of my old recirculation hose to mate it on the BOV and intake port.

Again, I refer back to the ol' Dayco flexible reinforced universal rad hoses.

They come in a variety of lengths and are even available with different size inlets and outlets.

If not, use the 1-1/4" hose and clamp it down until it's tight. There's no great pressure on the recirc hose, and if it has a small leak it's not a huge deal.

I tried to get that hose ^ at NAPA for mine. They wanted $18 a foot!

Get a rubber hose at an auto parts store and get it to fit the smaller side then heat up the other end so you can expand it onto the bigger end. Or you can get a piece to fit over the smaller one and put it on the pipe so that it makes the OD bigger and then they should be similar OD's and then get one to fit over them.

I did this and then used the radiator flex hose. Works like a charm thanks buddy!
