Where Should I Start?....

When I turn on my turn signals my dash lights will dim. When I drive the lights will brighten up and when I slow down the lights will dim a little. Also I have subs hooked up and when I am driving slow or stopped there is no power to the amp but when I give it gas or am driving a little faster the subs work and it gets power. I recently got both battery and alternator tested and both are fine. I replaced my alternator about 3 months ago. Any suggestions?

You might have some bad grounds. But it sounds like your alternator isn't charging enough. Get ahold of a volt meter (if you don't have one) and test to see what you have for volts at your battery and back of alternator at idle with your head lights on. Should be around 13 volts.
